As for student loans. I’m all for forgiveness ONLY as part of an overhauling of the education system. Forgiving them does no good if it still means new students get caught up in the same traps.
can't believe it's been so long! I have my 40th hi school this year, and will be doing a road trip in September to Farmingville. that should be good for a few stories!
Great idea to combine the issues of a broken education system and debt relief. this whole discussion completely absolves the colleges, many with billion-dollar endowments, It's their product the loans purchased, so why do the taxpayers get the check? F-that!
